Live Music at Barton Springs Pool on Sunday, June 7th, at the Full Moon Swim
Poolside Live, our summer monthly music series at Barton Springs Pool starts June 7th, with local bluegrass band Onion Creek Crawdaddies. Join us for live music on the shores of Barton Springs pool, swimming and howling at the moon from 8:15-9:45PM. Free swim begins at 9PM.

Free Yoga at Barton Springs Every Saturday This Summer
Save Our Springs Alliance presents free yoga classes every Saturday morning at 10am from May through September at the south side entrance to Barton Springs Pool. Instructors from Yoga Yoga will finish up the May classes this Saturday. Instructor for the month of June is Pamela Brewer. Meet under the big pecan tree in the fields by the south side entrance, off Robert E. Lee Road.
Austin Farmer's Market @ Republic Square
Sat. June 6th, 9am-1pm – Customer Appreciation Day at Austin Farmer's Market
On this day, we’ll have vendors offer discounts and goods packaged in such a way that they can be immediately be taken on a picnic in Republic Square Park right next to the market. Lots of samples to taste set up by chef/volunteers. We’ll have low-key games like a cake walk for prizes. Door prizes.

* June 11 Soprano Melinda Brou will perform selections from La Boheme and other Italian songs
* July 8 will be an evening of German songs performed by tenor Holton Johnson with selections from Hansel and Gretel
* July 9 Mezzo-soprano Liz Cass will perform selections from The Star and other French songs
* August 20 will be Armstrong Community Music School Family Music Night
