Say Cheese? A conference, competition and public sale of artisan cheeses

Cheese lovers have good reason to be happy. We are having a cheese tasting event right here at the Austin Hilton Hotel sponsored by the American Cheese Society and Whole Foods Market. (web site for more information and tickets)

Be sure to stick around to snag some of the best souvenirs of the 2009 conference. The annual Cheese Sale is your last chance to take home a piece of handcrafted cheese entered in the ACS Judging & Competition. This sale gives attendees and locals a chance to buy fantastic cheese at head-turning prices. The 2009 Cheese Sale will take place at the Hilton Austin in Salon B.
